Learn from a professionally trained instructor about basic knowledge of microgreens and sprouts and how to begin to incooperate them into your daily living habits. Lecture is about 50 minutes. Live demonstations of how to prepare items. Sample tasting of prepared items during class instruction. After class a store will be availbe to purchase products.
